Paw Hana ships to Hawaii only.
All orders will be shipped within 3 business days.
We provide Local Delivery - you can choose this option when checking out. Orders can be left by door step, front desk receptionist, or in mail box.

Returns and refunds are done on a case by case basis. We unfortunately are unable to take back items due to the unknown environmental condition that a product is kept in. We do however have great vendor relationships and will do our best to return any product that has cause for concern.
